Pour Paint Workshop

Join us for this one of kind workshop on how to Pour Paint Sunday, September 27th at The Paint Place (this is a private residence).  We will teach you FOUR different techniques first and then you pick two to create on 8x8inch canvas and take home with you!

What is Pour Painting? Pouring is a fascinating fluid painting technique. It is based on acrylic paint, which can be brought into a liquid, pourable consistency with additives as needed. Depending on the technique, this liquefied paint is then poured into each other or tilted onto the canvas and other tributed by tilting, swiping, or blowing the painting surface. Depending on the choice of paint, the additives, different effects are created.

*Class will be held at our home, OUTSIDE, due to the fact that pour painting is extremly messy. 

*Aprons will be provide but we suggest wearing clothing you don't mind getting paint on.  

*We will have EasyUps to provide shade.

*Water, pop, and finger foods will be provided. You may bring outside drinks and food (including alcohol) if desired. 

****Please bring a mask.
